Kiyone is the red head girl who attends TISS like Meiko, Kenshi and Ken, but is in her second year already. She became friends with Meiko after meeting her a few times at school and at Otomo's. Unlike most students attending TISS, she isn't much into martial arts, all thanks to Mr. Arisuto, who scared her away from it. Kiyone's also an avid player of the UFO Catcher game and since Otomo's has a little arcade centre, she'll often be around there on her free time.
